Your stylist was rude and very unprofroessional . When we first came in she seemed okay. She explained that it would be about an hour and fifteen minute wait because of how busy it was . I asked her if i can sign in and come back in that time frame . She agreed . I signed in and wondered about with my toddler. Came back an convientiently his name was lite up but they skipped over us and told us they where closing. When i signed in i noticed a button that said i would reciece text message or automatted massege that would let me know when my son was up next. So i clicked it. Never got a message. When i went back all i got was a horrible attitude from a know it all. Than she ignored me. Than i said well i was told to wait for an Hour and fifteen minutes here i am . Now your supposedly closing ? This is my first bad expierence here . but i can assure you it will be my last . I get that its friday night and it was busy but there is absolutely no exscuse . maybe you guys should have more than two styliest on staff . Dont worry i will be spreading the word .

Waited two hours for my Son who went in for a haircut and a shave. Prices are outrageous and waiting that long is insane. He’ll find some place better next time.
