I will start off with the good things, my hair didn’t get pulled out all the way, and my hair cut was actually decent. Now on to the bad things, first off you never treat your customer the way I was treated, when she was combing my hair it came out, yes my hair CAME OUT. Also, the stylist was careless and did not care that she was just cutting random pieces of hair off, then in the end it concluded in her taking longer to straighten everything out. When combing my hair she did not take into account that she was HURTING me. In all I do not expect to go to this place and any other of their chains anymore. 🤬🤬🤬🤬😤😤😤😤😤😤😕😕

Tracy was not good. She seemed very preoccupied. She was rushing through my haircut. I explained what I wanted and she said, are you sure? Yes, I'm sure. I'm a grown man. I've had my haircut for 30 plus years. I know how I like it. First she seemed upset that I didn't want the MVP and then she seemed like all she wanted to do was sell me product that I didn't need or want. Take your time Tracy, especially when there is no one else waiting! Chill out and really listen to your customers!
